Issues written disciplinary letters for calling in sick too many times, being late by small margins or taking breaks, even for water, without permission from a supervisor. Then will prohibit opportunities based on these.

If you go to your manager about an issue with a supervisor your manager will tell your supervisor to keep an eye on you because you're a trouble maker rather than to work on their issue. Its so corrupt... management is just a gang of mean pushy people who will do anything to look good and elevate themselves...

  • Generally they talk negatively behind your back. You usually know what the "meetings" will be about beause their gossip gets around quickly.

  • They belittle you and make you feel like you screwed up.
