Bad
Not good, the work is hard, many of the teachers aren’t good, they mark terribly and give you bad marks and sometimes will give you a 0 for no reason.

Great Place To Work
Not a bad place to work, steady hours, reliable employment, lots of work, pay could be a little better, room for advancement. We are paid better than most private jobs, with a stable pension, but not as good as the federal governemnt,

Fun workplace
I love working as an EA. Everyone is so supportive of each other including staff and they provide assistance to new employees who may be struggling just a bit which I find awesome.

Fine
Working at the school board was a valuable experience. The environment was collaborative and goal-driven. However, communication could improve for better workflow.
