I applied on a Friday and received an email from HR regarding a telephone interview the following Monday. The in person interview consisted of many behavioral questions. Ie: Tell me about a time you had conflict with a coworker (and boss), and how did you resolve it? Tell me about a time where you felt you went above and beyond? Why would you be a good fit for this position?
