Met a lot of great employees and customers. Upper management run the company from head offices. The local managers are only puppets. Very low wages and have a cap on salaries. Local manager wants to give you a raise but head office declines. Be prepared to get a great performance review and a 1 cent raise. As administrator you are the first one to be let go so the region can meet their budget and management get their raises. This company needs to be unionized.
