Workload is not distributed uniformly. Some teams work a lot harder than others. Politics and bureaucracies play a big part in who will get rewarded. You need to work with a very strong team AND a very capable manager in order to succeed and move up within the company.

Sales teams are uncollaborative to point that is a hostile environment to work in. No support from management and no follow through to help. High stress, quotas are unrealistic and unachievable. Poor data quality with customer information. For a technology company, they are terrible in adopting the solutions which they sell.
