A very convenient place to work for. Very accommodating and fun. The hardest part of the job is dealing with extremely high numbers of customers whilst maintaining high customer satisfaction but this is also one of the most enjoyable aspects. The best part of the jobs is interacting with fellow colleagues on the bar as it is very communal. This job has helped to develop my teamwork skills, communication and customer service.

I have seen deceitful advertising for recruitment, false bonus/commission pay unethical work culture, bullying, threats of termination, massive turn overs of managers, 14 hour days 6 to 7 days a week plus on call 24/7. No down time, to many uses reports, lazy op's unrealistic expectations. A staffing agency with no staff to be productive. To many payroll errors, way to many people asking the same questions over and over again.
Lip service only. Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Upper manager has no clue.
