Repetitive work but enjoyable. Good people and many ways staff is shown appreciation. Company also sponsors many family events and you start to feel tighter as a group. Although not much room for advancement. Work gets tedious after years.

Steady work, no layoffs

All in all a good place to work, relatively clean, organized, and consistent.A good work environment, team work and plenty of overtime.No layoffs, a family atmosphere.

Fun place to work. Staff is full of friendly people! Very patient when it comes to teaching new employees. Management is good!Zero complaints whatsoever.

No recommend working at optimil. Dirty shop no tooling, manager is always busy to talk with employees, doesn’t care about people in shop, just care about office employees.

Old boys club

Most of the people working there are related, friends etc. The guy who runs the shop just sits there and reads the paper all day, doesn't really know anything and is grumpy.
