A typical day at work is hard work.I learnt the Canadian workplace. The training was great and it was a hand-holding exercise to get you started. I didn’t like the fact that everyone was leaving and also no career progression in view.

If you are not good in sales don't choose this job,they will fire at any point. They won't encourage when you did a sales but will degrade you whenever you are not doing sales

Its stressful

Very stressfull cause u need to hut sales quota alot of cold calls. at least 100 every day. you need to turn these cold leads into at least 4 transfers every day. if you miss 1 week you get verbal warning next your put in a action plan then next week if you miss you are fired.

Not fun. Will get nitpicked on everything. You can think you did great, but you didn’t. Minimal opportunity to move up. Hours are never 80. Boringgggg.
