IN the interview process it was made to seem like there is comprehensive benefits and paid time off and there is not, upon asking for information regarding benefits I was advised its an annual allowance of $300 which was not advised in interview.

Truly one of the most relaxed and inclusive environments where I felt like the managers and trainers are more like a knowledgeable understanding friends.There is no hard part that in this job for a person open to listen People love it when they hear a genuine friendly voice l, so it’s rare to have unpleasant moments Worked in customer service before but this is the first time I feel I have all the time I need to connect

What is the best part of working at the company?The training and support provided for new hires is great. Even though Optima is a small company, the attention to detail is commendable. I started my career here and have only gone higher. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?It is a phone based job, so comfort level on the phone is a challenge.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Work environment is great. Real time support is provided on all interactions with clients. What is a typical day like for you at the company?It is a phone based job requiring talking to clients about various products available for various aspects of life.
