As Customer Relationship Optimization (TM) experts, we create a seamless extension of our clients operations. We take over specific parts of clients' operations - customer service, back office administration or sales. We specialize in complex customer interactions partnering with major utilities, insurance companies, financial services and product support. Our long term contracts with client organizations means steady, long-term employment for our staff. Full paid training, ongoing support and opportunities for advancement are part of the Optima model.
