OnX has no real coherent business strategy or vision, most disjointed company I have ever worked at... Vendor financed sales mentality rather than true solution culture severely limiting growth of what could be a high growth company as all the solution capabilities are in place. Absence of coherent sales strategy and new shorted sighted OPEX reductions dictated by new Venture Capital (VC) majority ownership severely inhibiting growth outlook and manoeuvrability of some well intentioned sales managers.

ONX has been sold and stripped of many assets by US based venture capital company. Company was sold a couple of times and bought back by founder then taken public and sold to VC. It did have an impressive digital agency and cloud business units but no synergy between business units.
