No training for sales position
I had to use a lot of my previous work experience to do this job. They didn't provide much support for continuous training or knowledge, it was mostly self taught.

requires a sharp and quick mind to deal with gate keepers when cold calling.
Like most sales jobs its heavily performance based. Not everyone at work plays by the rules. Working close with your outside sales rep can really boost your chances at the many incentives offered.

Most enjoyable part of the job
The most enjoyable part of the job is: -The connections that you make with clients. -Building business relationships, and sculpting an image that leaves a lasting impression on the client. -Being able to provide service. -Flexibility

Fearful and stressfull
This job will give you stress as the days goes on. The monthly target is always changing and is so unrealistic. It’s always so much pressure from the management to reach those targets. If 40 inside sales people working on the floor, more than 50% wouldn’t reach the target and so they keep of firing their employees(No job stability, within 1 year I have seen more than 15-20 people were hired an fired) They say need to think out of box to reach those targets but on the other side few people will be getting good leads from the management. Moreover the industry is a scam, never felt that I was doing something good to my clients. Base pay is reasonably good but the commission structure is extremely bad.
