The company is relatively new and as such, there is no organization yet. There are no company policies. There are no guidelines. There is very little training. And the infrastructure is not in place to be successful.
They promise company appointments but do no provide enough appointments to sustain a living. The appointments given were made with misleading representation. So when you get to the customer, the customer is expecting just a free air filter. Or worse they say they never made any appointments leading to a waste of your time and gas money.
Each sale gives good commission
Appointments are not vetted and in many cases are a waste of time.
