Great place to work
I’ve been here for years and really enjoy it. Benefits are great, salary is good. Leadership is great too. I look forward to many years here. Pension is excellent.Case Management Officer (in reality, it's only a Collection Agent) in Toronto, ON

Good but can be stressful
It really depends on where you work. Some managers are great, others are awful. Full-time remote work will not be happening. Also health benefits are terrible. What would you say about your employer?
