Schedules are up a minimum of 3 weeks in advance
Generally, we try to align the shift with the stated availability of candidates. For example if you say you are available mornings, days but not evenings then we will do our best to avoid scheduling you for afternoons. Your start times may vary within a 2 hour window but you will work the same days each week. You will know your schedule at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
The hours can vary by 2-3 hrs at beginning or ending of shift. You'll know a 2-3 week schedule ahead of time, and this will depend no which shift (hours available) you have provided.
