Abusive and toxic management team.
3rd party contractor (Former Employee) –  Toronto Eaton Center Tower14 September 2019
Be careful which departmental manager you report to HR for harassment because one of them is secretly married to the HR Manager. You'll find yourself "constructively dismissed" before you can say "Ontario Human Rights Act" and then have your reputation smeared throughout the city for crossing "her man". By the way, important to note: this is an Arms Length agency of the Ontario Government, in case you didn't realise that. Talk about scandalous.

If you are under 25 and fun you might get hired otherwise they dont want you.
Technology Analyst (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON4 September 2019
The Frat House feeling at this place is overwhelming. If you are older than the staff at the Eaton Center food court don't even expect to fit in here.

Just a intern, not too much impression
Intern (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON18 June 2019
Just served as an intern and not too much experience. People are nice and manager are encouraging. A great place to learn as a student and have opportunities to present to senior leadership team.

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON16 May 2019
This was a great summer job. An excellent opportunity to work alongside lawyers, conduct legal research, and complete various administrative tasks. The workplace culture was very welcoming and accepting

BANKING SPECIALIST (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON2 April 2019
Overall, the OFA is a stable and secure place to work. The job work/life balance is one of the biggest advantages of working here. Career advancement on the other hand can be difficult, as employees rarely leave their positions.

Strategic Project Finance Analyst (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON26 August 2018
Overall, pepople there were nice and enjoyed to work with, but you need to take initiative to make your experience more extensive. Small team and flat structure.

Friendly environment. I am not disposed to disclosing my observations and experiences at the Ontario Financing Authority. They were however very positive.

This place is a joke
Director (Former Employee) –  Downtown14 December 2017
White males at the top who are paid big salaries and do very little. They appoint a few woman to make it look diverse. Most people are fat from sitting around all day.

Careful about this place
CEO (Former Employee) –  Downsview, ON3 November 2016
Be careful with this place. Management is concerned about their salary not about bringing in the best people. Some of the people are disgruntled and they likely are on medication. Very weird behaviour by some people, who are not able to get another job because government skills are quasi useless.

My supervisor is really good and assign me a lot projects.
The whole floor is super quiet and people have their own office.
Low salary for interns.

A great government agency with top colleagues. A future-oriented company with plenty of opportunities to further your skills and experiences.
