Dated Practices

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
Equipment and practices are dated. Some management and coworkers are despicable. And for the work done, pay was not enough. Due to slow business in winter I was laid off for E.I.

Make you rush. Don't give enough time to do a god job

Ok Too much work for too Lille money. They lie about weekend and nights. You always work weekends there. Owners are only concerned about bottom line not quality work.

Tools provided

Outstanding Company

Best employer I have ever worked for in 40 yrs. looks out for all his staff asking in return quality of work, on time, polite to customers. Staff I feel are overpaid for type of work. Offers benefits and RRSP. Had to leave due to family health issues and COVID

Benefits, Rrsp, well paid, training, bonus

Dusty work, you are cleaning ducts, must have good driving record

Dusty, filthy basements and crawlspace will be your second home

Pro: -Tips Cons:-Low pay for what you are doing no room for advancement at all -no benefits offered -work every single Saturday (6 days a week) no exceptions -every customer is lied to for the procedure that is done because he -didn't have the equipment that he claimed to own -Secretary will constantly get address+phone numbers wrong -no supplied uniform pants provided -possibility to only work a couple hours a week during off peak times -no supplied respirator because owner doesn't believe the dust that has -been siting in ducts can be dangerous to your health

Not one of my best places to work

Long days in dirty basements, the way they did the scheduling was really off, the head office was no where near Ottawa so the office didn't know how to route its employees, it made for some really long hours/days

Dirty Job, but good people

I enjoyed working with the staff and crew and found the training very indepth and the equipment used on the job was very good and well looked after. I also enjoyed working with the customers as well as visiting new locations and buildings as the job sites were many and varied.

I enjoyed working with the crew, Interesting commercial/industrail locations, Equipment and training provided was good.

No benefits provided, Hours not guaranteed, weekends mandatory, Did not know daily work until you showed up

This company gives duct cleaning a good name

I enjoyed learning about the business. This is a reputable company...not the scamming telemarketers. Unfortunatel hours are based on work needed obviously. Some weeks are jam packed, where other weeks I had 18 hours.

You learn a lot about the business

Work based on how many calls come in
