Full time hours are 35 hours per week. There’s generally two shifts, 8-4 and noon-8. Office is open 7 days a week all year, including holidays, and weekend shifts are mandatory on a 3 week or 5 week rotation.

The most challenging part is learning the CHRIS system and knowing the services that are available to patients.

Pay attention to what is happening to your front line staff. When someone is being "let go" be apart of that decision and try work something out, if they are an excellent employee otherwise, then they are worth the fight, worth the investment and worth your time.
