Decent place, bad management
Honestly I like this job, the pay can be great (but you need to fight for your raises), the team/guys are awesome to work with, but disorganized and disrespectful management make it difficult sometimes. You will be asked & expected to work out of town for up to a week straight with barely any notice sometimes, you will fight to get drill and driver bits and fasteners needed for the jobs. Unorganized chaos
From the complete lack of communication to the inability to organize jobs, this company has it all.Show up at 7am for your shift start and hopefully management has sent you the email of your job. Try to find all the parts and supplies that you need. Bring your own drill and driver bits as for some reason they don't supply them. A creative, fast-paced work environment with competitive wage.
Work environment is fast paced and management communicates exactly what they expect of you. For me, working there was very rewarding and there was no shortage of work ever. I was always keeping busy and my job was very fulfilling. Salary is competitive and the management team is not only friendly and welcoming, but I found them to treat me very fairly.
