Ideal place to gain call center experience.

One Contact Inc. is a very relaxed yet professional call center. I personally have had a good experience when dealing with the management. The good thing is that once you're the part of the team they will train you and then evaluate you and put you in a campaign where you will best suited for. It can do better if there are more opportunities for growth and employees have access to internal vacancies.

fast paced

The office manager was quite ruthless at times. She did not communicate properly with her employees. She had obvious favourites in the office and it was obvious to everyone. She was not empathetic to peoples situations. This work environment felt toxic and the pay was not nearly enough for the amount of training and work involved.
