Hard work, High Risk, Not worth what they are paying
Job changes frequently, training needs improvement if you want to do the job well. Support from management is spotty at best. Long hours, very physical. Dont take this job if your afraid hardwork.
Project Manager in Vancouver, BC

The worst mismanaged company
So much top end management that have no idea what a Project Manager actually does. They micro manage the managers to no end. There is no culture. Everyone is out to put everyone else down so that they can make themselves look better. Worst Place to work for ever
Labourer in Lethbridge, AB
on 21 September 2020
Awful management
the Lethbridge branch has very childish management the operations manager has no experience in the job he does and will never pay you a full paycheck and will miss hours completely, he doesn't listen to any of his employees and will scream and yell at you because he's having a bad day and he will threaten to fire you over anything and if you try to defend yourself he will just walk away, he also breaks rule of the labour union on a weekly basis and will lie to you to get his way. There are 2 progect managers one of them is the branch manager and he is a good guy but the other will try and send you into jobs without getting Asbestosis test results back he will cut every corner whether its illegal or not and blame it on the workers he told to do the illegal work. DO NOT WORK HERE

Pretty good place to work
Not a bad place to work, long hours depends on how Big the jobs are, and adding onto On call days. Other wise good place to learn new things. Get to go outta town to work, meet other workers from other branches. Thats all i can write for now.
