Had reasonable high hopes for my career at OMERS, but had a very disappointing experience. They constantly hire people on contracts and did not honor what they hired me for. There was constant management struggles and internal conflict beyond my imagination. There seems to be a lot of favoritism/conflict based on your ethnic of origin/race. I didn't - more...
