Great people to work with.
I loved my time at the OLG it was a great place to work and the caliber of the staff was amazing. In all the years I worked there only once did I have a manager who was below par and was the reason I left.

One of the best places I have ever had as a employer
It is a dynamic fair minded progressive place to have a career.I would work for them again if they handled day to day operation of the casino. The overall employment is far superior to many.

Excellent work and being part of a group.
I enjoyed my experience with OLG.Being part of a time and doing my job to it's fullest.Only problem I have was that being a actual employee felt like a carrot dangling on a stick and that I lost my employment at no fault of my own without any "real" option to get back to being an employee once my 3rd party contact expired. I'm currently unemployed for the past 68 days and I solely put that blame on a 2 year contract limit with a 3rd party rather than the usual direct human resources involvement which would have kept me employed to this day since my work and team involvement was never a stain on my workload and ability to continue with the company.

Fast paced environment
Very busy place, can be always productive in a positive way. Friendly colleagues. Good management. Work environment is fabulous. Overall positive experience.

Silo Driven Work Culture
Not enough resources to perform work. HR acts as a roadblock to business objectives. HR agenda is self serving and not about doing what is right for the business. IT function is behind in every way. Executive Leadership vision is not reflective of actual practices.
