Office in Winnipeg, MB
on 13 September 2023
Not the best workplace
Manager always watches you every 20mins, implying there is a lack of trust on its employees. The building itself is very outdated and since the plant is within the same building as the office, it can be very loud yet quiet in the office at same time. The tasks itself isn’t bad, just the environment. Alot of bias going on with management.

Poor management
Get no support from management, key accounts and higher ups keep losing space in stores and products get removed from planograms get no ad activity yet we get questioned when stales are high or why sales are low.

Was good for some extra money
It was not a full time job, was more of a part time job for an extra side money. But would not recommend to anyone who is looking for a permanent job. It is better as an extra Weekend job if you need additional cash. Best for student around 17-18 who are still living with their parents and owns a car and are responsible individuals.

Good but could be better
Old dutch is not a bad company to work for at all depending on the position. The pay is the only real issue and needs to be completely re done and increased across the board. Surprisingly management is the best I have seen at a company in a long time.Work life balance is not bad for the most part you make your own daily schedule you choose when to start and when to finish with in reason.
