Productive and fun work place.
Good training depends on who trains you. Be strong and smart, after one month easily to handle job. High season work like crazy. Great system helps you do fast.

Nice people in general but very bad management
This company has all the elements to be one of the best companies in Quebec but unfortunately managers are like gangs. you have to marry someone from the senior managers or from their family to become one of them then you have a good chance to be manager or supervisor, no matter if you have the qualifications for the position or not... This is the only rule If you are looking to develop inside this company. (2 managers out of many are an exemption from this rule) otherwise you could spend even 15 years on the same place without any promotion. it doesn't matter if you have a god experience or developing your self because your manager won't like that and most of them would consider you as a danger or a challenge to them. The CEO is very gentleman but either he doesn't know what is going on inside his company walls or he knows and accepts as the company is profiting for now. Although I met very nice people but I regret I worked at that company

Worst working experiences ever
Poor salary, benefits with no any perks and fringes. Bad management who just slave employees without any respects, treat employees as working machine with poor pay but overloaded with work. Management have no understanding, empathy to the employees with least assistance when employees encounter difficulties and problems. When something happened they just pointed fingers and put all fault and blames on the employees, and with warning letters for sure with no hesitation; and they really like to hear employees' confession though. Really sick and harsh working conditions. Least efficiency and effectiveness in their daily working. Outdated automatic working environment, all about manual and paper stuff. Unorganized and illogical process and procedures not making any sense. No company culture, if there is one that will be making money for the company and obedient to the insane lead. Not recommend to work here. If you do, only regrets left behind.
