Oakville Nissan was a good place to work, quiet but could get hectic at times. Management was not the best, too much drama and gossip and inappropriate advances by the previous GM at times. Other than that, it was mostly ok.
On site cafeteria with homemade food
Too much drama with female employees and staff
Typical sales day involves morning huddles with sales managers to try and assist with any objections you have faced in the coming days or weeks. Making phone calls, answering sales leads through various means of communication. Selling vehicles Ensuring paperwork is ready for customers to sign and make sure their vehicle looks presentable.
Free Pizza/Lunch every Saturday
Long Hours if you want to suceed
Good people, needs a bit more direction in management and a bit more synergy between departments but was overall a good experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to start their career. It can be very slow so you have to be able to generate your own business, dont count on the door
Great company culture
