I worked here for a shorter period of time. Upper management is not great, they don't really provide you with much support or pay for a lot of work. Employees are generally fun and easy to talk to. Clothes are cute but cheaply made and cost more than what they should cost, so expect a lot of customers coming to complain. And expect that you won't really be able to help them other than telling them that it is "wear and tear".

Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Edmonton, AB
A very competitive sales environment, for what are low-quality, fast fashion adjacent clothes. However, the team was usually very fun and supportive and it was sometimes enjoyable to work there.
Pros
Coworkers were really fun
Cons
Very competitive, not enough hours given out, upper level management micromanages, can be clique-y, very slow
