Not worth it
A very competitive sales environment, for what are low-quality, fast fashion adjacent clothes. However, the team was usually very fun and supportive and it was sometimes enjoyable to work there.

LOL absolutely not
Avoid working for this company at all cost! Extremely stressful! Very high expectations with little to no training at all. The only good thing I can really say about working at the specific location I was at, was the people that I met, such lovely individuals that I still talk to today. Other then that this is not the place to work! They pretend to be all nice at first but the second management gets too comfortable they feel like they can talk and treat u any type of way. They make you feel bad if you don’t know something. Managers hire their friends/family members so they end up getting away with a lot. Most of the times you have to ask to go on break, if not they will forget about you and you won’t end up going till really really late! Honestly believe the reviews that you see for this company. I ignored them thinking that what ppl were saying was false but if only I had taken those reviews seriously it would have saved me a tremendous amount of time and my mental health lol

Do not work here
I worked in the Design department and it was the worst work experience I have ever been in. I was paid minimum wage in a position that was demanding. There was a lack of transparency, training, positive work culture, and joy. Work culture was cold. Music was not allowed. Upper management did not know how to delegate and often blamed you when things went wrong. I was stressed everyday and dreaded going to work. I didn’t know how bad it was until I left. I would not recommend working here.

Toxic Workplace
I am a former employee at an Oak+Fort location and the management was really bad. They had to constantly find new hires because most employees would turn over. They would also not allow you to take a two day vacation off because they “need our support”. They also don’t understand that we have our own lives that we have and expect us to dedicate it all to our job there. They would also move you to different stores without asking you. Not worth being paid minimum wage and being overworked. They expect us to complete goals that are impossible to complete in 10 minutes or so. The only thing that was good about this job were the co-workers that I met.

Awful Management & Toxic Environment
Consistently hire people because the turn over rate is high. Incompetent management to lead the team.Expect to work over time or on weekend with no work life balance
