If you like walking on egg shells around the foreman because his attitude changes from extremely happy to extremely mad at the drop of a hat. Very dishonest. More interested ine flag girls than work. Very incompetent. 0% attitude for safety of his crew, just getting work done as fast as possible.

Screed operator (Current Employee) - Edmonton, AB
Was a decent company, but made workers take a pay cut(5%), hours were cut, hired more managers while crews were working shorthanded, doesn't follow Labour standards or OH&S regulations when it applies to hourly workers.
Pros
You have a job
Cons
To many mangers, poor communication because of that.

Good People work there but unfortunately they have to look out for themselves as this company will drain the life out of you. They're not the best for looking out for their staff. Squeeze you dry and they're not big on work life balance.
