Nurse Next Door doesn't give references to any employees, I found this out when applying for a higher paying job with more hours. All I needed was a reference to get the job!! Needless to say, I quit.
Not enough pay
Underpaid meaning no staff meaning no clients. If they paid employees their deserved wages, the company would do a lot better.
Signed a contract that states an RN gets $50 per one hour “WELLNESS”visit , but paychecks are not accurate for each “WELLNESS”visit; if an RN does two or more visits in a day then paid only $35 per visit and this is not clarified in contract so ask before you start!
