Scheduling seems to be problematic, since receiving multiple calls and text per day, re: new jobs. Never knowing from day to day your schedule ahead of time, which contributes to rather poor work/life balance. Also, doing jobs not necessarily according to your best qualifications - demanding!
Prospossibility of working on your terms and within your schedule
Consconstant push to work more hours and overnight
