Its a job.....not much else to be said

Show up. Get micromanaged. Politicians playing games with patient care. If you are wealthy or well connected care will be great. A poor Nova Scotian? Well...pound sand.

Not good place to work. No support from my floor or any of the “support” floors. Very hard to get info from other departments such as payroll, IT etc. Overall not a good experience.
