I believe in the company mission, however it feels as though it was written for great marketing. The company does not lead by example.
They are full of good intentions, but actions are rare.
Work/life balance is tough as margin goals are high- they tend to operate with limited staffing which puts a lot of pressure on the current headcount to take - more... on more than what should be expected in a regular work week. - less
Prosbenefits are good
Conslittle respect for employee time
