What is the best part of working at the company?I like the work flexibility and the culture.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?It is obvious to have some stresses in every work and it is not different here. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?I have to appreciate for the excellent work culture and environment that this organization offers to its employees. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Usual day mostly, except the month ends.

What is the best part of working at the company?There is no "best part" of working for NSHA. Lol. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Everything. Overworked. Underpaid. Expected to do the work load of 10 people. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Very toxic and stressful lol. What is a typical day like for you at the company?I sit in the parking lot (which is EXTREMELY far away from the building I must add, patients are constantly complaining about having to walk 10kms to get in) and cry a little then think, do I need this job???

Difficult to judge with the pandemic impact, as in most healthcare staffing is an ongoing problem but they do their best to fill vacancies. Large building and difficult building relationships outside of your own unit.
