Burns you out

At this point in my nursing career it feels like the NSHA is actively trying to burn us out. My mental health has never been worse. I work on a very difficult and violent unit and have PTSD from my job and no support from management. The whole public health care system is very mismanaged and it is very concerning

Good company needs staff benefits (parking) and updated building in some areas well organized plan for upward mobility takes some time getting used to co-workers
