Terrible organization
Licensed Practical Nurse (Current Employee) - Dartmouth, NS - 22 December 2019
3-4 month wait from interview to starting position. Hiring process is archaic. General orientation provided is pointless and useless. Payroll continuously makes major errors. Management do not adhere to contract and have little to no experience.

Excellent place for learning
LPN ,RN (Former Employee) - DGH - 10 December 2019
This is an excellent place for learning. Teamwork and management is excellent as well. There is a good support system especially for RN or LPNs starting with regards to skills advancement. Educators are very hands on to teach staff to be ready on the job.
