Lack of credible Knowledge Base to support clients
IT Department (Former Employee) – Ottawa, ON – 3 August 2016
I feel like I am just here to work and company interaction among co-workers is scarce. There are no social events after work except for one BBQ a year which is very brief but other than that there are no pay bonuses or any relative incentives.
Don't get me wrong there are worse companies to work for but here at Nova it is something that can help pay the bills until you find something better.
The pay is below market average on the IT side as far as I know.

Systems Administrator (Current Employee) – Ottawa, ON – 1 April 2015
If Implementing New things Managing stuff that you are well aware off , and working on things that you have never done before or have never got a chance to work on is a preference, then this is the place to be, but on the down side pay is not that great, some times you feel that you are overburdened, it becomes tough to keep a balance between work and life.
Every day is a new day, Get to learn and Implement new things
