Good opportunities with some typical downsides

I've worked at Nova since I graduated and have had a few roles. There are good opportunities to move around in the company and try new things if you are interested in development. Management has changed a lot over the years and they often feel disconnected with people on the front lines. Good benefits, competitive pay and somewhat flexible schedule (monday and friday at home).

Really good place to work

Helpful. Good pay and lots of positives. Work life balance is the best part. Support in the field could be a lot better but time off and pay make up for it. Would recommend. Management can be poor at times but workers are competent and helpful.

Excellent Company to Work For

Loved my time spent with NOVA (16 months as a co-op student). Staff are outstanding, pay is very competitive, and a great and supportive company culture. Also made strong efforts to incorporate diversity and inclusivity into their workplace. No complaints working here.
