If you were in charge, what would you do to make Northwestel a better place to work?
I would listen to what your new hires are telling you. Also, when a new hire smiles and says hello/good morning don’t walk on by ignoring them. You are a manager. Act like it. Pretty bad when other people who work with you have to tell us not to take it personally. However, that just shows how little staff mean to Northwestel.
I agree with the previous answer. I was only there a short time but I could see how toxic this work environment was.
