I really love my job
Northway bus Driver (Current Employee) - Val Caron, ON - 20 March 2023
Best decision I made is to work for Northway bus line. I would recommend Driving for Northway. This is a very friendly place to work. My children I drive to and from school are amazing.
Pros
You have hours in between runs to do your every day chores.
Cons
Some children can be a handful.

Flexible work life balance

It works great for the moms that want to have cash and want routine for the day for them and the little ones and can take them to work after the training--on the job training in the buses you will drive

Northway is a very disorganized company with poor communication. The drivers seem to do what they want, speed, and are rude. Dispatch is also terrible as well. Their mechanics aren't the greatest either and can be rude.I feel that Northway should offer benefits and pay the same rate as the other company and had no meetings with things we should know to be kept in the loop. I would not recommend this company. Very poor overall
