Focused effort on fun engagement activivities, despite isolated ELT.

There are concerted efforts to include recreation and occasional fun/team building activities that include all staff members from the head office location. However, key members of the Executive Leadership Team remains detached from team-members and staff throughout head office location. Often times so out of touch, that they are unaware of mid-level management practices and activities in departmental level. Some members of ELT are unable to operate (log-in or otherwise) the company database and tracking software and are hard-pressed to legitimize their day to day work efforts in line with their remuneration levels. The company has grown in great strides over recent years, and that has gone to key leadership member's heads, at the expense of truly effectual team members' efforts.
