What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Northstar Auto Group?
Don’t bother unless you want to work somewhere where being loyal and a good worker goes unappreciated. You are only liked if you get involved in everyone else’s drama.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Northstar Auto Group a better place to work?
Get rid of employee that she think she’s higher than the manager. Employee(concierge to be specific)that always dictate what the manager would do. They don’t listen or ask what is your side. Asking too many favor/request, work too hard and yet treat you like garbage.
Not at all. When asking they will bring up an industry average and compare you to that regardless of the length in time you've been there for (4+ years)
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Northstar Auto Group? What are the steps along the way?
