Cleanliness, supporting employees. Flexibility

Indeed featured review

The most useful review selected by Indeed
Pay fluctuates too much, store manager fails to communicate with employees. No benefits of any sort. Cleanliness is a top issues along with build/ foundation issues such as leaking ceiling and pipes and flooded floors in receiving area, major safety hazard that is blaintly overlooked

Great people

Productive, and a fun place to work Enjoy my coworkers Love working on my own without any supervisors standing over me And being able to let them know that I can work independently by myself and get my job done.

Break room to eat lunch

Lunch breaks are too short and no benefits

Northland was an okay place to work. They don’t give good hours. They don’t pay enough. New people get paid a lot higher then people who have been there for years

It was a relaxing work environment with little way to advance up though the hours are flexible and you are able to be full time or part time.i would say it's an alright starter job

It's okay

Management is great but they lack advancement opportunities and pay raises. Turn over rate for employees is very high. Client are great and coworkers are supportive

Fun work place but low pay

This is a good job for students. They offer part time and full time positions. This is a fun work place, the starting pay however is not too good.

Not very organized company!

Very disorganized when it comes to training. They give the proper amount of training. Then they through you under the bus even though you show up every day. Management doesn't listen to their employees. Benefits are horrible no 401k match on gives you 8 hrs of PTO to use for sick time and vacation. A lot of people working there have been there to long and need to be updated with today's work society. With management the way they are makes for a very toxic place to work.

Colleagues are nice and have been there for ever

benefits, management

Not what was presented at interview

There was to be commission, which was NEVER paid. Management never acknowledged associates, or constantly yelling at people.Outdated software, constant push with no reward. Schedule changes weekly, base pay very low

Friendly co-workers

changing schedule no commission
