Instructor in Trades building Dawson Creek

Really enjoyed my time with my peers, and the overall college culture
Many great peers to work with that were informative and helpful. Support staff a couple days a week that were familiar with the requirements of the program. IT department was knowledgeable and helpful. And a management team that was hands off enough to let me run the course but right there to answer questions.

Great employment opportunity in a union environment
Worked there for two years and was pleased with the role. My position was full time all year so stable. Staff were great to work with and all were supportive. Sr. Management changed while I was there but did not have any major changes during my term.I enjoyed my time there but left for an advancement opportunity in the private sector.

I love working for such an inclusive Organization
I am very happy to work at my current job. They have been such an understanding and supportive team since day one.I am an immigrant and as part of more than one minority group I am always looking to work in a positive, respectful and inclusive environment.

Rewarding experience
Would be nice if there were more permanent instructing positions. Management cares very much about the students and faculty. Positive work environment.

Nothing stood out
Manager initially was encouraging to work for however that changed when he came back from holidays. The working conditions rapidly deteriorated and became hostile.
