Northern Health is great place to work. All staff is kind. Nursing team works well together. Managers are very involved and caring. Only thing they need is more nurses.

I have enjoyed my employment with NHA . Easy to work with people a very team approach to help new hires . I have learned lots in the 30 years I have been there . We had a very busy OBS dept for years and that was a learning curve which I enjoyed very much . There is always other areas to work in if you would like a change . Everyone is so supportive .

Great management, support care team. I love my job wit northern health. I feel very supported and am always learning new things! The management is very involved and are supportive to the employees working under them. The facilities are well maintained and safe.

Great Place to work

I worked at Adult Withdrawal Management Unit, it was an excellent place to work with a wonderful supportive staff. 12hour shifts went by fast, two days two nights
