Great place to work
Mat maker (Former Employee) –  Abbotsford, BC8 June 2018
This is a great place to work if you want to make good money and can work hard. The starting pay is high plus there are shift differentials and bonuses. There is almost unlimited overtime if interested as well. The job is very physically demanding tho and you need to work days, evenings, and night shifts. There are good people to work with and management is very fair.
Pros
Good job stability and pay rate
Cons
Shift work

Absolutely terrible management,no room for growth, no appreciation for employees that work on the floor , high turn over. Most of your coworkers are pretty good to work with.
Easy to get a job here, great shop guys
Pros

Matt Maker/ General Laborer (Former Employee) –  Brantford, ON27 October 2014
management constantly slacking. I learned to drive forklift. my coworkers were the only reason i stayed at the job for as long as i did. hardest part of the job was dealing with the incompetence of the managers and production management. the most enjoyable part of the day was lunch time and breaks
