Easy, fun work.
My experience at North West Rubber was a once in a life time experience. All the nice people I met, skills I learned, all of the friendships I’ve made with my co-workers was incredible. Going to work felt good because you get to be with respectable people and operate forklifts. It was fun operating the Auto-Cut machine.

Great place to work.
This was the best work place I've ever had. Management is willing to talk and listen to employee concerns. Hard work and competence is rewarded and earns promotions.Over time is often available by they never pressured you into it.I reluctantly left to move closer to aging family.
