Great company to work for they have been around for over 100 years. Management is great to work with and the people are great. The company looks after their people and have great perks. They are always looking for ways to improve

Minimal communication to staff

Leadership talked a lot about work coming up that never materialized. Laid people off because of project cancellations. Benefits do not match the hard work and skills required. No retirement plan

I had the pleasure of working at Norseman and the team was fantastic. While the work can be a bit slow at times everyone from colleagues to management to owners actually care about the team. Turn over there is almost non-existent as people genuinely like working there as they are treated well and respected.

Great place to work

Lead machine operator (Current Employee) - Newmarket, ON - 10 August 2020

It is a friendly work place environment with all levels of employees. Easy work, with an on and off busy season. Regular 40 hour work week with optional overtime hours during busy season. Opportunity for advancement and learning new things and pay. All in all a great place to work.
