Great place to work.

I have to say I have been in the trades for over 30 years and Norseman Structures was one of the best. Upper management are some of the best I have ever worked with. But on a site level watch your back if they feel your are getting ahead of them look out. Don’t trust them on the site level. Even though I was let go the company treated me with the utmost respect and I thank them for my time there. ...

Not worth the headache

Would not suggest or apply to work here.No room for advancement and keep you in the dark about job.no tools and work you half to death for poor pay.The benefits are ok but they don’t tell you what you are entitled to like work boot supplement.Lots of favouritism and hide how the supervisors treat the workers
