At the interview venue, the store manager showed us a video which depicted a typical day at the store and discussed the companies culture and values. We were then invited individually to interview with a department manager, after which we came back to the sitting area. When each name was called again, we interviewed with a different manager and then we could leave. So basically, two short interviews with two different managers. They all tried to be really friendly and there was lots of water, in addition pens, notepads and mints.

They pay isn’t great and even with the staff discount you won’t be able to afford the stuff they sell. But it’s a place where you can work yourself up to a better pay and position with better benefits.
I loved working there because of how the community felt and I would recommend seasonal work and a great first retail job, because you get a great idea of what the everyday job in a store is like.
